Job Description
Techsolutions Plex Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Web developer (Full Stack) to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure application security and data protection best practices
- Server management
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJs / VueJs / AngularJs ).
- Strong experience with back-end technologies (PHP / Laravel – any relevant framework)
- Node.js experience is a plus
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Experience in deploying and maintaining applications on servers/cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Educational Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) (flexible for experienced candidates)
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Good communication skills
